Call for expression of interest
The Diabetes and Endocrine Health Network (DEHN) at the WA Department of Health is calling for expressions of interest for members to join its Lived Experience Working Group (LEWG).
The team are looking for people who are passionate about continuous improvement and improving the lives of people with diabetes and those who care for them.
The purpose of the Lived Experience Working Group is to represent the collective voice of consumers and carers while balancing the diversity of experiences across different groups such as diabetes types, regional and remote areas, etc. and engage with a wide range of people living with diabetes and endocrine health issues with diverse experiences and backgrounds.

Please read the Expression of Interest attached or contact Health Networks at firstname.lastname@example.org for more information. The Terms of Reference will be confirmed once the group has been established. It’s expected the first meeting will be in early February.
