2017 Health Consumers’ Council (HCC) Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM)
This meeting was held on 22nd March 2017 to approve the resolution that we adopt new Rules to be compliant with the new Associations Incorporation Act 2015. The resolution was unanimously approved and our new Rules were submitted to the Department of Commerce in Western Australia. They in turn have approved the new Rules effective from 5th May 2017.
